3 Political similarities/differences between Egypt and Mesopotamia?

• I need three POLITICAL similarities or differences between Ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia. Egypt (3000 B.C.E.-2000 B.C.E.) Mesopotamia (3500 B.C.E. - 2000 B.C.E.) It needs to be between those time frames and differences and similarities can be split up however you'd like. I don't need to have 3 of each, just 3 divided up.
