    By law, no Bahraini is allowed to pay a basic salary less than BD250 per month. This law includes both Government & Private sectors. As per the allowances, it differs from organization to another. Some give allowances, others don't. There is no law that mentions that allowances must be given. ******** Rover, I have been working in the HR Field more than 7 years now. The law has been announced around 2 years ago.

Sorry red dragon but there is no law. If its by law then every body gets the same minimum salary and that's by international law. Now to the question the new minimum salary forced on employers is BD300 and then depending on your employer and there internal policy or your negation power at the time of hire . I hope that helps
