    It depends on the seller " hence" he/she is the one responsible for the shipping and not ebay . you can see the rates when you look up the shipping info , some will ship to international adresses and some will not! so you need to make sure first that it ships to Bahrain, then you can also negotiate the shipping charge with the seller by sending him/her a message through E-bay .
