How to sponsor parents & keep them with me in Bahrain?

• Im working in Bahrain & stay here with my family . I want my family to stay here with me as im their only dependent. I would like to sponsor my dad through a local bahraini here. After getting the sponsorship my dad will get a family visa for mother and sisters. I want to know how much amount is required to pay for the visa and what is the duration of the visa? Is it 2 year for a visa? I got to know it costs BD 200/- per person for a fresh visa which is valid for 2 years. and BD 10/- has to be paid every month as LMRA charges per person. Apart from the Visa fee & this LMRA fee, is there any other Fee I should pay here? Help Appreciated :) ______________________________________… there are many people in bahrain who are 60 years of age and they stay here on the basis of a Bahraini sponsoring them to do one's own business.... i want to do same.. getting a local to sponsor us here so that my dad can do his business and my family can stay here.. IS it possible my dad can do his own work here and stay in bahrain even after he cross 60 years?

  You only have to pay for the visa and LMRA fees, nothing more. Depending on your nationality, if you are not American, European or Australian, you will need to process the documents through your employer. As you are sponsored by someone, the law does not allow you to sponsor someone else, so your family needs to be sponsored by your employer as well. Make sure you ask your employer to process the documents and they have to approve it befor you can bring your family to Bahrain.
