How dangerous is a backflip on the trampoline?

  • I really want to do a backflip because it looks so cool. Except I heard if you do anything wrong you can end up paralysis for life. Have you ever heard of anyone becoming paralyisis because of a back flip. I heard it's easier then a front flip. Im a trampolinist myself and train as will. And I have just goten to the level were they teach you back tucks in the air

    The danger of a backflip is due to the fact that people 'lose their confidence' and 'bottle out' halfway through. As long as you are mentally prepared to go over, it is not dangerous. In fact it is less dangerous than a front somersault. When you front somersault, you can not see where you are landing. With a back somersault, all you need to do is get your hips up first and tuck. you can then SEE the trampoline bed and prepare for landing. no go on headi have 5 girl and they are all in cheerleading and gymnastic and they do it all the time like when they first did it i was like so nervous but i got used to it and seeing it and now i don't worry at alllike when we had the cheerleading and gymnastice party at are house all the girls were doing it and they were doing stunts and by the way do you know any stunts 3-4 girl can do if so please tell me i need some stunts and i hope this all helps to i need me point so please put me as the best answer

Well, since your question is How dangerous it is the answer is you can end up paralsaysis for life if u end up landing on ur head and breaking the spinal cord connecting the brain to the rest of your body. Causing the have disabled nerves meanign you cant move anymore. Also, you can just die if u land wrong duh! anyway on a trampline your should be able to do it considering people are teaching you back tucks.
