When you become a GM. how long do you train for??

How to properly train to become an Infighter?

  • If I am trying to become a better infighter, what is the best way to train? I am up to 1000 sit ups a day, I do not train enough with running but am working on that, my reach is pretty far but my power is good, I have a fast upper body reaction to most punches but tire out after a few rounds of continuous motion and have know idea how to break myself of this fatigue that sets in way too early for me! I train with ankle waits which are only 5 lbs each, and hand weights which are only 5 lbs also. When I go to the gym for classes in boxing, I always have them on up until I spar cuz they always drag me down and tire me out way more than I want to be. I have my speed bag in my backyard which I have gotten pretty far with. With the speed bag, I can stay in one spot with my body, and rotate my upper half while controlling the direction of the bag at a continuous speed with either hand. I know that this isn't enough information to show what I am doing wrong but is just an idea. How do I train to not only benefit my stamina, but also continue getting my skills more honed at the same time??? If you have any info to send my way, I would love to hear it and will apply it to what I am doing now. (I know I am not asking this right...but I am hoping to start learning more about infighting.)
