What gymnastics move should I learn next?
-
I am 11 at the moment and I can do forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, round offs, hand and headstands, and front and back limbers and walkovers. What should I learn next??
-
Answer:
Try working on walking on your hands(: Also work on (if you have a trampoline) back handspring stepouts, with a spot if you need one. BE CAREFUL :P Work on front handsprings, back handsprings, and once you get those, add round offs or cartwheels(: If you have an old matress or cushions then put them in your yard and use them until you feel comfortable. Something that I'm working on is elbow stands, watch the youtube tutorial by fitforafeast to learn how to do one (: Do it against a wall or a door before trying this. If there's any gyms around you, then ask your parents if you can go to those and work on skills with the tumble trak and spring floor, and the foam pit. Good Luckk(:
