How to get my toe touch higher?

  • When I do my toe touch it hurts on my left after I get to a certain height how to I get it higher without it hurting I've tried stretching but that only gets my toe touch a few centimeters higher. I need help getting my toe touch higher for cheer please help

Just jump with the ankle weights or resistance bands on, then take them off, and your jumps should be higher. Make sure you stretch and are loosened up before you do any of these. If you stretch our your body, hip flexors, and use ankle weights/resistance bands enough, your jumps should be higher and better in no time. It worked/works for me.

Work on your abdominal wall. You're supposed to jump from that, not your legs. Are you dropping your chest when you jump? Try keeping your back straighter.
