How do i do a cheer scorpion?

I can do a cheer scorpion and a scale, but I can't do a heel stretch. Tips?

  • Hi. I need, tips/help on how to stretch for a heel stretch. Once I get my heel stretch, I can work my way for a bow and arrow. I don't go to a gym, so...yeah. I'm not really, in a school team right now..but yeah. I'm kinda on a break or something. So, while I am on a break, I wanna improve I guess? So..yeah. :-) Got any tips on how to stretch and stuff? Thanks. :D

    to become more flexible sit in the split postion that will really help do this every day. you can also watch videos for some good stretchs, i would have to say just keep praticing im sure you will get it soon :)
