How do I learn to play softball?

I'm 14yrs old and I was wondering is it to late to learn how to play softball?

well im going to be a freshman this year and i was planning on playing softball for my school. But i know if i play ill have a late start. I just wanted to know if it was too late to learn and play softball.

NO!! It's not too late at all!! GO FOR IT! I started most sports my freshman year, and by my senior year I was doing GREAT and was captain of my teams!! GO FOR IT!!

softball is a pretty basic game to learn for the most part, and you are at a perfect age to pick it up quickly. There are also books at the library that will also tell you the basics of the rules and techniques for any sport you can think of.
