I want to buy adult sized roller blades with TWO brakes. Where can I get this custom made?

I am a very good skater but was much better in my youth when they made two brakes on the skates. Now that I'm 16 the skates I want only have 1 brake, they only make them with 1 brake for adults everywhere I look. Where can I go to have the skates custom made with 2 brakes and how much do you think it will cost. I only have $150 saved up so.... Thanks in advance for reading and responding

All skates allow for a brake, so you can just buy a separate brake and put it on yourself and most skates also come with tools
