Answer:
This is called a roundoff. It is actually very similar to a cartwheel. You begin a roundoff the same way you would begin a cartwheel, with the leg you feel comfortable with in front. Then, you step on your front leg and bring both feet over your head, still like you're doing a cartwheel. You do not bring your feet together until right before you hit the ground while your feet are still in the air. You land a roundoff with both feet together side by side and your arms up above your head. Roundoffs are useful to get a lot of power in order to do other skills out of them, such as backhandsprings and backtucks and other backwards elements.

that is called a round off. it looks harder then it sounds (i compete for a gymnastics team and i am in level 9) all you do is when you do your cartwheel instead of continuing to go over in the middle of your cartwheel you snap your feet together. its 10 times essayer on a trampoline so if you can try it on there or on a mat. Have fun and don't hurt yourself!!!!!!!!!

That's a roundoff, and you're right on how to do it.

It's called a roundoff. It's pretty simple once you've done it a few times. All you do is start off doing a cartwheel, then in the middle of it, you put your feet together and land that way. If this doesn't help, have your friend show you. Once you've seen it in real life and had help with it that way, you should be able to get it. Hope this helps!

A cartwheel is a gymnastics move performed by only people who are not overweight. Look at this site for how to do a cartwheel.

I believe you are referring to a round off? In which you start out in a cartwheel, but instead of landing on one foot, you land on both?
