How long does it take to learn a back handspring?

How long would it take me to learn a back handspring?

  • I can do a cartwheel, roundoff, back walkover, backbend, handstand, 1 handed cartwheel. I'm very flexible I can make my nose touch my knees. I've been going to tumbling class for an hour once a week & I got my back walkover in one day! So, I progress fast. How long do you think it would take me to learn? :)

    your well on your way to learning it that is probably what you should be learning next just ask your coaches when you could start learning it you should get it down in almost 3 weeks at your rate you seem like an excellent learner hope this helped majors lv.7 9 yrs tecc!!

It took me around 1 and a half weeks to learn a round-off back handspring and I am a fast learner. Standing back handsprings are a little harder though, so it might take you around a month if you work really hard!!!

ask your caoch to spot you on the trampoline, do back drops into the pit. Idk i got mine on tramp in 1 day on floor took me maybe a month? i had a big fear of them
