I am starting to learn how to skateboard. Any tips or tricks to help me get started? (How do you do an ollie?)

Answer:
To do an ollie you put your back foot on the end of your bored and your front food towards the front about have way between the middle and the front tip of the bored. Then you push down with your back foot and when you push down you slide your front foot up very fast. It should make the bored pop up and good luck to you on skateboarding.

I started skateboarding in 1965, with rollerskate wheels on a 1x6, the grandfather of it ,if you will, used to glide down the long hill past the highschool and wave to those that were still in class, yet finding me more cool than tyhe task at hand, I have no clue about an ollie, yet say learn the basics and the tricky stuff will come later, balance your life!!!!!!
