How can i learn some cheerleading moves??

Liberty Half Extension Full Extension Know the Flyer Positions for... Arabesque Scorpion Heel Stretch Bow and Arrow Chiny Be able to learn routines to music and to counts. I am a coach. If I had a new cheerleader come in to a try out knowing all that or most of that or at least the basics of that I would know that I can work with you. Other than that be prepared. the thing that annoys me most is when I have a potential cheerleader come to tryouts in jeans with their hair in their face or wearing too much make up or even worst no bra. Please wear a sports bra. It's crucial. BE HAPPY TO BE THERE. cheerleaders need to be happy, preppy, smiley. Even if you are the best thing ever if you look depressed or bored you won't get chosen.
