How can I make my back more flexible?

How can i make my back very flexible?

  • My back is not flexible at all!!! I want to learn how to do a back walkover but I can't with out a good bridge and backbend. When I do a bridge or back bend, my back doesn't arch. I look like a table. Also when i do try to do a bridge it hurts my wrist to hold it. is there a way i can make my wrist stronger? but the main question is How can I get my back flexible in a month?

  • Answer:

You need to make sure that you stretch everyday. Do a bridge and hold it for about 10-15 seconds about 3-5 times a day. Try and push your belly button upward as hard as you can. Once you start getting better, bring your hands and feet closer together and try to straighten them out. Good luck!
