What is the easiest gymnastics move to do?

  • I am not that flexible :-(( Though I love gymnastics (watching it on TV) I know how to do a bridge (upside-down U) Something else (ex: cartwheel, handstand????) Also is there any kind of safety procedures......

    Handstands and bridges are a fundamentals of all gymnastics so a handstand will be a pretty easy one for you to learn. start against a clear wall start with the leg you would kick a soccer ball with forward and slightly bent and extend your other leg straight behind it. put both hands above you head then lean forward and push off both your legs and try to get your back as close and as flat against the wall as possible by tucking your head so it is also flat against the wall. Then go try one in a flat open area.

Prob a forward roll. Those are easy. Cartwheels and handstands cand take a long time to teach to people who dont like being upside down. They all seem to get forward rolls though.

im not an expert in this area but my mom was really really good,and if im not mistaken she almost made jr olympics!!! headstands against the wall are great and also handstands against the wall.besides that somersaults are easy and cartwheels try your handstand and headstand first. hope this helps!!!! p.s.i love watching it on tv 2!!!!!!

The easiest gymnastic move is to stand straight up...put your arms over your head and hold your head up really high while you stick your right leg out slightly and bend your knee, holding your big toe on the ground Like...TA-DA LOOK AT ME!!!!!!...you know that move right?
