Is there a roller skating rink in London or Essex that is open in the day time?

Id like to go roller skating at a rink in London which is open to adults in the daytime. Im well aware of the roller discos in vauxhall, london bridge etc but these only open in the evenings. Im looking for a roller skating rink where you can hire the roller skates and skate for a couple of hrs during the day. Ideally an indoor one. I dont own any roller skates so Im also looking for a place that hires the skates out. I live in East London so are there any in Essex but not too far out? Thanks in advance
