How do you fall out of love with someone?

• I'm hopelessly in love with my boyfriend. However, lately it doesn't seem like he feels the same way. I'm 20 and he's 21. We've been dating about a year. He's been such an a*sshole recently. He's always doing school stuff or hanging out with his friends, even though he knows it upsets me that we don't see each other more than once every week/ every two weeks. His excuse is that he's trying to get a 4.0 to get an internship. Because I love him, I MAKE time for him. I feel like I'm doing all the work. Today he made plans with me (for once!) to come over to my house. I was so excited and got ready and cleaned and what not, and here I am, 4 hours after he said he would be over, waiting. I think he fell asleep, but why would you lay down RIGHT before you were supposed to go see your girlfriend for the first time in two weeks? I don't want to break up with him, but I'm really not sure what to do. So, I was wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas of how to fall OUT of love with someone/ not love them so much. This type of s*hit just hurts me so much. I want to not care about it...

  A person who never makes time for you is a person that never cares, trust,me I know, one of my ex girlfriends for whom I always made time for, never made time for me, it just meant she didnt care, just dump him and move on, theres nothing else to it but to do it
