In the year 1999, who dominated the Grand Sumo Championship by winning at least 3 honbasho titles?

  This was an interesting year for sumo, 1999, because 3 rikishis, won the titles and 2 of them were seikiwake at that time, Chiyotaikai and Dejima and 1 was only an ozeki who was eventually promoted to yokozuna in that year. He was Mushashimaru. Mushashimaru won the Grand Sumo Championships in March and May as an ozeki, then he was promoted and won the September and November Grand Sumo Championship titles. Chiyotaikai won the January honbasho while Dejima won the July honbasho. So 3 rikishis won in 1999 and they were Chiyotaikia, Dejima and Mushashimaru, but Mushasimaru dominated the year 1999 by winning 4 Grand Championships. Wish you luck.
