Why should i be picked for cheer captain over others who are trying for captain?

im trying out for cheer captain but so are a lot of other girls on the squad. on my team it's the coaches who pick the captain and in the paper we have to write we have to include why we should be picked over others who are trying for captain. i'm only a junior and i know there are some seniors who are trying for captain and im having a hard time thinking about why i should be picked over them. please help ASAP! :)

If u don't even know y u should be captain ,i don't think u should be picked.! If u really wanted to be captain I'm sure u would of thought of something
