How can I train myself to run faster?

  • I need to train so I can run quicker to get to the ball in soccer, how can I train myself to run faster? I'man Okay runner, but I'd rather be faster so I can get on the high school team.

    Im the quarterback for our highschool team and just got a college scholarship so i have trained to get faster. You can do aton of agility drills which you can find online. You also can do lifting excercises such as squating.

You can wear weight bags for your legs and run in it. Buy at local stores. And jog around and when you take it off, you'll feel lighter and faster. It helps you run better because it cause you to lift your leg harder because of the weight bags. Run miles or laps from now and then. You'll see the difference!!
