Cheerleading Help! Workout tips for Flyers, Bases, and Backspots!?

  • Are team is getting together during the summer for practice and im trying to make a sheet that will help flyers, bases, and backspots focus on area to condition with to help us become stronger so are stunts stay sterdy! What are some workout/ conditioning things I can use for the flyers, bases, and backspots. I need to make a couple workouts.

  • Answer:

    flyers- -stretch out splits ..and while doing a side split lean back as far as you can to be more flexible and get a better scorpian.. practice balance in the air make the flyer stay stright. bases+backspot push ups squats planks..(lay flat on your stomach than using only you arm to hold yourself up) those will help make the bases strong to lift flyer easier

flyers must stretch every day and do a lot of ab exercises and leg exercise to keep there balance. all the rest just do pushus and ab exercises also leg exercises.\ look them up in google and you will find pages of exercise and how to do them. just pick some that you think are good.
