Cheerleading workouts?

I am a cheerleader and have been for about 5 years now(im a freshmen) I want to stay in shape over the summer to make sure i can make the team agian. Does anyone have any good workouts i can do over the summer?

make sure you do sit ups and crunches you'll need your stomach to get higher up on your jumps........and don't forget to do some push ups especially if your a base
