Is 19 feet a good long jump for my age?
-
Hi, I'm 15 and a sophomore and recently at my last meet I jumped 19'1 In long jump. I honestly have no form I just kind of run then jump. My questions are: 1. Is this a decent jump for my age? (I did get first but still). 2. How can I greatly increase this? Thank you!

Answer:
Yes, that is a very good distance for your age and experience. You can increase your distance by getting a coach and learning the technique required to jump to your potential.
