What should I wear/bring to volleyball camp?

You should wear spandex shorts or soffe athletic shorts, and lose fitting t-shirt, and athletic shoes. You should bring water, and maybe a little snack like fruit of veggies to keep your energy up. Have fun!

I've been playing volleyball for three years now so I know the whole volleyball routine. I usually wear spandex, a T-shirt, volleyball sneakers, knee pads, long socks, ankle guards, and pre-wrap to keep my hair out of my face. If you are new to volleyball or if you don't have all of these things, I would suggest a T-shirt, any kind of shorts, and a good pair of sneakers. I would highly suggest buying knee pads if you don't own any. They are a good investment and you will definitely save your knees from floor burns. You don't have to go out and buy all of these things, just wear what you have around the house. As for what to bring, water or another sports drink is a must. A snack is always good to bring to keep your energy up. I usually bring another shirt too because I sweat a lot. Other than that, you don't really need to bring anything else. You should check to see what the camp suggests you should bring, if there is anything. They may need certain forms filled out or even a volleyball so check if you need to bring anything extra to camp. Have Fun!
