How can I improve my reaction time?

  • My reaction times are good, but not as good as I would like them to be. Like, if somebody just threw something like a ball, or rock, or some other small object at, me, how could I improve my reflexes to be able to dodge it? ( Please don't suggest MMA, or anything like that)
