  That's going to be about the quality of a walmart board, They're cheaply produced and made in china. What you want to do is gather up some money, maybe 100 or 150 and go to an actual skateboard shop. they'll hook you up with an actual half decent board. Those cheap pre made piles of crap are not what you want to learn on because they're heavy and the quality of the parts could really slow your progression down, so do yourself a favour and buy yourself a real skateboard, even though it's gonna cost you a pretty penny, you won't regret it in the end.
