How to get over my fear of cheer tumbling?

Ok, so in January I round-off tucked like nothing. It was like nothing they were perfect and I threw them and landed them no problem. I took three days off because my coach was out of town and after that I am TERRIFIED to throw it and when I do I usually bail to my knees and rarely to my neck :/ I KNOW I have it, I get told it all the time. I just don't know what to do to just make myself think I'm ok and to just throw it? Please please help. Thanks

Okay so the best thing to do is just to completely, and tell yourself over&over that you can do it in your head. The power of your mind can trick you into getting over your fear and just doing it! Good luck:)

II have the same problem with tumbling all the time. I really like it when my coach stands there but doesn't spot me. S just in case I fall or mess up he can spot me so I won't hurt myself but if not then I do it great and after 1 or 2 like that I'm confident enough to do it on my own :)
