How to kick a kickball far?!?

  • How to kick a kickball far?!? so, our gym block has been playing kickball. but i always kick in the air and get an out. how can i kick it really far so nobody can catch it thank you. other tips appreciated for catching the ball to. thanks!

    KICK:ok kick it with you side of your foot it will be a grounder kick it on the bootem it will go up CATCHING: let it come to your cheast it will be easier but sometimes its better to catch with just your hands

Run up to the ball, and as you're about to kick, stop, bring your leg back really far, lean back ever-so-slightly, and pivot your waist and shift your arms toward the kicking leg. Then kick with your entire weight (bring your body back into position), and aim your foot just below center, and slightly to the right or left to give it a curve, and let your leg follow through, pointing to where you want the ball to go. Your leg should swing like a golf club against a golf ball.

it sounds like your kicking to low kick the middle of the ball and wounce u get used to kicking it there then you can kick as had as you want
