  • Answer:

To learn how to do a backwalkover in 2 weeks will be hard, but you need to practice a lot and do it everyday. Before you learn how to do a backwalkover, you need to be able to do a backbend, and kick over. When you are in the backbend, rock back and forth a few times, then kick over. Once you have mastered this, you need to be able to kick over without rocking back and forth. Once you can do these 2 things, here are the steps to doing a backwalkover... 1. Stand with your "good foot" in front, and your arms straight, up in the air. Don't bend your arms. 2. Slowly start bending backwards, keeping both feet on the ground. When your arms touch the ground, do not bend them, this will most likely cause you to collapse. At this point, the foot that started in front should be slightly lifted off the ground. 3. Keep moving backwards, keep arms strong, and lift both feet off the ground. Midway through your backwalkover, you should be in a split in the air, with your toes pointed, and your legs as straight as they can be. 4. Keep moving and kick your feet over. Your first foot should touch the ground, and still pointing toes, and keeping arms straight. 5. As you lift your hands off the ground, and touch one foot to the ground, when lifiting your arms off the ground, keep them straight. 6. Bring your last leg down, keep it straight. This will take a TON of work to learn, but if you work on it everyday, you will get it sooner or later.

if you can do a back bend, then you're half way there! Congrats! Now, you just have to give yourself the final push. When you're in your back bend, push really hard with the leg that is still on the ground....I know that isn't very detailed....get luck with it!
