How to do a back walkover ?

How can I learn a front walkover and a front/back handspring?

  • I know that this is long, but I really need help. I can do a front limber and a back walkover, but when I try a front walkover, I end up doing a front limber. My legs go together no matter how hard I try to keep them in a split position. Also, how can I do a front handspring? Whenever I try its just a running front limber lol. It's not even fast. And finally, my back handspring. I almost had it on a trampoline, but I skipped a few tumbling lessons, and now I completely lost it. My spotter says that I lean forward too much, but even when I leaned back more, I still couldn't get it. I can't go fast enough anymore. I get the begining, and then I collapse at the end. Please help.

ok deep breaths. If your already taking tumbling classes you shouldn't miss them, even when you or someone else is paying for it. It'd just be a waste of money. Anyway it's good to do a front limber but when your doing a front walk over you need to start off with one foot going off the ground and going slow and steady and while keeping the other one ahead of the other let that leg land and the the other one following behind it. About the front handspring, you may want to try it on a trampoline or mats in your tumbling classes so you dont get injured. When doing a front handspring you need to spring off with your arms when forming a really fast handstand with your feet a little bit apart. And the back handspring you need to keep your legs together and doing a back handstand. Here are some videos and websites for more information. hope i helped, : ] WEBSITES: www.wikihow.com (type in how to do.....) www.varsity.com www.aescougarcheer.com Videos: FRONT WALKOVER: http://youtube.com/watch?v=zRS1KbPiSjo FRONT HANDSPRING: http://youtube.com/watch?v=UiFPIkS3P04 BACK HANDSPRING: http://youtube.com/watch?v=FkyL-N8lGiY
