• I'm looking to buy a new lacrosse shaft and want some opinions of people that have actually used the shaft. Ive narrowed down my search to three shafts but if you think you know one that is far superior then id love to hear about it.   in theory which never works on shafts. advanced player should use the stx sc ti pro-sc. in real live the only way to purchase a shaft is buy feel. buying online is not the best way. it does look good on paper. but shipping costs, no choice on how the shaft feels does not cut it. go to a shop. the blindfold test would work. but is not allowed. every single shaft has a different feel. you will pick one up it just feels right. to many players go nuts over heads. the shaft is more important. the proper shaft you find may not even be from S T X . you will know as soon as you pick up the shaft it is the correct one. it may be i or 2 grams lighter or heavier. but that is all you need.
