Gymnastics...........walkovers…

my school talent show is coming up and ive been roped in to doing this dance/stunts routine. any tips on things suck as hand stands round offs, being more flex-able and especially walkovers front and back. i can do a back bend but my arm strength and simple fear is getting in the way. how can i get over my fear and manage to do all these things better??? plz any tips welcome ; )

Answer:
^ do weights but also try doing back bends faster and faster them and once you get really fast try to put on leg up as you go down and hve people spot you until you feel comfortable enough to do it by your self and for round offs try to get your cartwheel really good then put your feet together when you land :) hope i helped:)
