How do I learn martialarm martial arts training machine techniques like on the wooden dummy?

    I don't know if you have checked the martialarm website at www.martialarm.com, as they have movies online for training with their equipment. Please note that while the martialarm machine has only one arm, most people you'll face have two. So I don't know how effective this method of training is... Also, the padding seems to kind of take away the conditioning that a Wing Chun wooden dummy provides you.
