What should i know how to do for volleyball tryouts?

    Okay. So first things first. Knee Pads, Spandex, a comfy shirt, and running, volleyball or tennis shoes. your going to need to know how to pass, set and hit. the basics of volleyball. passing is one of the easiest things to learn once you know the form. setting isn't required but it is useful. for hitting you need to be able to jump. if your short setting might work for you if your average then being a a passer would be ideal and if your tall hitting will become your best friend. if you need anything else just ask :) my email is [email protected]

you need to be able to hit, pass, set, serve. Also defense (digging hits). If you are a hitter, you will need to know how to block as well. Be really enthusiastic too! that helps!

Basics; passing and serving definitely. Hitting is good, and possibly setting (mostly if you're a setter). Be in shape, be prepared to run. You don't want to be thte girl throwing up after a lap. If this is the first time you have played volleyball you will not have to know anything. You will be taught it. But if you have played a bit of volleyball before it would be handy to know how to block serve pass set hit and where your defence positions are
