What can i expect at a volleyball camp?

today im going to my first day of volleyball camp and i'm kinda nervous as to what to expect. i've been playing volleyball for like 5 years now but i've never been to a volleyball camp, the reason i am is because i had to quit volleyball last year in the middle of my season due to family problems and i thought camp would be a great way to get back on the good side with coach. but what should i expect at camp??

volleyball camp is THE BEST!!!!! expect lots of running (warm-up drills)... and then you'll be doing a lot of station work. They will proabably have a setting station, a spiking station, a defense station, a serving station... all those things... then they'll put you in teams (if this isn't a team camp) to work on different plays, rotations, stuff like that... you'll also do some scrimmaging at the end of each day! take lots and lots of water!!! wear some comfy tennis shoes that don't hurt your feet! you also might want to take a towel to wipe your face with, cause you'll definatley be sweating!!! Remember this is a great learning experience. You get to spend days doing something that you love! It is extremly tiring and you'll be sore, but you learn GREAT things!!! I miss camp!! Hope you have TONS of fun!

okay lots off running and make sure that you stretch really good cause when i went to v-ball freshmen camp....whew i didn't stretch good enough and i pulled a muscle and the next day i was soo sore i was walking like a penguin and i couldn't sit down and then after the running you'll do setting, spiking, drills, diving, and many more (it depends on what the coach wants to do)

depends on the kind of camp. if its a serious camp like at a highschool or college expect a lot of conditioning : running up downs wall sits little hurtles more running hitting lines and your typical volleyball stuff
