How can I guarantee my I get on the varsity team?

  • A local cheerleading organization has two teams jv and varsity!! I need to get on varsity!! It is like of my third year of practicing cheerleading but I haven't been on a team! I am flexible and a hard worker! How much should I weigh, I am aiming at 120 (is that too much for a flyer?) What is something I can do to make a really great impression on the coaches!Thanx<33

    just do your best a good coach can tell that you are trying hard and will see your determination and will and will put you on a team even if you aren't the best because they see that you will be the best with some train because you will work hard at it.
