How to get promoted in volleyball?

• I've been playing volley ball for 2 seasons now. Last season I was on the 'b' team ( B team is the team with lesser experience ) becaus ei just started playing (and even the first season i played i got onto the 'a' team) . This season again im on the 'b' team instead of the 'a' team and i dont understand why. I am defininatly good enough to play on the 'a' team. My 'b' team coach (assistant coach) says I am also, but she cant do anythign about it beacaus shes not the head coach. In the beginning of my second season i guess i was put on the lesser team because my knee was broken. But its basically healed now and i dont see why he wont get me on the 'a' team. I've improved a lot, and I dont really have any weaknesses, besides skidding on the floor with my knee pads (but i dont like to cause i always have a feeling that imma hurt my knee the same way i did before). We've alredy beaten all of the other 'b' teams and they are are a piece of cake for me. ii never have to worry before a game because i already kno how they play, and where there gonna hit it yadda yadda yadda. I want a challenge and he wont give me a chance. I asked him once before how to get to the 'a' team, anbd he said to work hard. Well, ever since he said that I've been trying my hardest and apparently thats not good enough :( So if you have any advice on how to get me promoted it'd be very much appreciated.   being a head coach myself, I like it when players come and talk to me. don't be boastful, but be humble. have the attitude that you are willing to work hard for the team as a whole and not have your light shine brighter than the rest. say you'd like a shot at the A team and see what happens. coach says no... so be it. their word is final; but that humble attitude and a good meeting could mean a lot later in the season or next year. You seem like a young vb player... if so- keep your head up. vb world is in front of you.
