When is the new season of Cold Case starting?

Volleyball season starting soon! a few questions?

  • Ok so volleyball season is starting soon, I have played volleyball for 5 years but not for this club. They have a good playing record. I was wondering if you had any type of drills that would be good? I do alot of core and leg strength and am starting to work on arms. If you have any unusual drills that would be great! Also I usually wear a normal t-shirt when I practice but i like muscle shirts too. Which do you prefer?

  • Answer:

    Do squats against a wall for 30 seconds to a minute at least once a day- this will help for your ready position. Try bumping, or setting the volleyball to yourself in the air. When your by a wall throw the ball at the wall (rather low) and try and bump the ball before it falls- this will help with digging. If you are afraid of digging just fall on your knees over and over again and you'll get over it. If you have a heavier ball, do things such as squats, jumps, and just lifting it- this will make the volleyball feel weightless, trust me I've done it. These are the things that I would do for vball practice.

I just went to a fitness center and worked out to get better and more in shape. I like normal t-shirts because I won't mess with them as much.
