How to make your legs skinnier?

How do i make my legs (especially calves) skinnier?

  • Is there any stretching i can do everyday to make my legs super skinny? I have a petite upper body, so my calve and thigh muscles look really big!

    i agree with isaac mills! i bet you are beautiful! don't cut yourself down! but if you want to make them skinner you could try running or going for walks or swimming or like elliptical. those exercises can make your calves and thighs toner and skinnier. hope i helped some!(:

i have the same thing, i found yoga helped a lot and not really healthy eating more cutting down how much of the unhealthy food i ate( i will never give up junk food) also if u work out don't use any machines that target your lower body it makes it worse. lost an inch of my calf muscle in a week. i would just recommend half hour of yoga a day don't worry about anything else. and yes love your body by all means, there's nothing wrong with change.

I doubt that your calves are as big as you think they are. Lol just be proud with the body that you have. Muscles are muscles and there is no way to work down one without working down another.
