Is there any private swimming pools in manchester?

  • was wondering if anybody knows of a private or quite swimming pools in the manchester area. until i have achieved the jason statham body i would like to keep myself a bit low key as i'm v self conscious. i'm willing to get up 6am if a hav to, to beat the moring rush. i have noticed that alot of the pools in manchester city gyms either hav their pools by a window for the general public to see in eg aquatics, or the pools have a big window by the reception eg y club and virgin active they have a massive window where everyone is looking in from the cafe. does anybody know of a pool that is just a pool lol or a pool that is in a separate room or space. the best i have found is the abraham moss centre where there is a pool but it is too expensive and is quite tacky. thank you sooo much.

    The Village Hotel and Leisure Club in Bury is probably your best bet. It has no window and unless it is a specified children's swim time, there are usually about 8 people in the pool.
