    Running is always good. Also, weightlifting to strengthen your arms. You also want to focus on ab exercises (crunches, back kicks, etc.)

I would put together a dry land training schedule that works for you. Try a series of crunches, leg lifts, push ups, squat jumps, and scissor kicks. Exercises like that will definitely help you prepare for your high school swim team. Make sure to stretch before and after you do these exercises!
