Is this a good workout schedule?

Mon: AM Lift, PM Swim Tue: AM Calisthenics, PM Swim Wed: AM Lift, PM Swim Thu: AM Calisthenics, PM Swim Fri: PM Swim Sat: PM Swim Sun: Rest *Calisthenics will most likely include push-ups and sit-ups with other exercises revolving somewhat around those two. *Weight Lifting will be more on reps and building lean muscle. *Swimming will be between 4-6000 yards. Does this workout schedule present any conflicts or risk of over-training?

Answer:
it sounds pretty good just make sure when you lift your not power lifting you want to lift only to get more endurance, like wrestling
