How to practice swimming without a pool?
-
I have to go to a camp where you can only take a swim test the first day. Well I haven't swam for like a year because our pool got taken down. So how can I practice for it without a pool? By the way I won't be swimming daily because I'm on my period, but you have to take the test to go kayaking and such (it's on a lake).

Answer:
If you have a mirror, you can practice your strokes in front of it for around 10 minutes daily. You will find that mirror swimming is actually more of an exercise than swimming in the water, and should make swimming in the water easier. Good Luck.

Other answers
you can practice your arm motions (in front of a mirror or anything) and you can work on your muscles by lifting weight and doing pushups and situps to work on your muscles and that will make your strokes easier.
