Can you jump off a diving board and not get your hair wet?

Maybe you can apply lots of oil and just jump ur hair will never get wet......... hahaha!!!!!!

If you know how to do a 'straddle-jump' then yes, you could probably jump off the lowest (1 m) springboard and not have your head go under. But your hair would get damp from the splash, and if it's long it would hit the water and get soaked. The _only_ way to avoid this would be to tuck it all up under a swimming cap. Off the higher boards, no way. A guy (can't speak for the girls) would probably do himself serious injury trying to straddle-jump off the 3 m (never mind the 10 m platform)--and even if he didn't, he would most likely still go completely under the water, which would force water under the swim cap and get the hair wet.

Option 1) Shave your head. Option 2) Jump into 3 foot pool (expect broken bones and/or paralyzation) Option 3) Use a hydrophobic conditioner or other coating on your hair. Side effects may incluse dry hair and inability to clean hair in the shower

sry no its theoretically impossible also when you dive gravity pulls you down so unless there was zero gravity where you were like the moon lol it would work, but if you ever prove this theory wrong let me know i like to know those sort of things
