How can i improve my stamina,i can't run long distance?

Pranayama and meditation can help you.Running is more lung power than stamina of the body. Also check your blood pressure and see if everything is fine. Not all people are meant to run long distance.

Do you have asthma? If you do keep a asthma pump in case. If you want to run long distance practise every day and run 100-200m more every day and you will improve. Good Luck!

Run 400 meters reps, but if thats too hard for you at the moment either do 200 reps, or run like 50 meter sand hill reps, that'll get you fit! best of luck.

Keep running, play tennis, swim. You build stamina by exercising. The fitter u get the better u get.

Try Swimming...or Practise to hold ur breath daily..this will help also u can run daily till sometime and than later on increase distance step by step.. this wil help u
