Is the water too cold on Pacific Beach Ca to swim?

Is there a beach on Oahu where my son, who cant swim, can wade in the water and still see fish or sea life?

Hawaii, specifically the North Shore of Oahu, but any island really is prone to ROGUE WAVES. It is not safe to just take him to any beach and let him explore even at the water's edge. Make sure he never feels embarrassed by it. Get the lifeguards to reinforce that until he can swim. 4. Get him some swimming lessons. Everyone should learn to swim whether they live on an island or not. 5. Try to teach him about ocean safety. Because of his disorder, he may actually become quite good at reading waves and predicting subtle patterns. The ocean is unpredictable but there are still small signs before a disaster.
