I just bought a 321 gallon inflatable pool for the kids to have for the summer, how much powdered shock can I put in so it keeps the water clean? I bought it at canadian tire and the two people who helped me buy it said it would be alright to use in the pool, they both worked there. The shock is chlorine free and it is called Oxy-Sparkle

Answer:
Around 1 to 3 ppm which is around 1 pound for every 10,000 gallons of pool water.
