Good and cheap places to go scuba diving?

I don't know where home is for you but Cozumel offers an affordable extended-weekend trip with good diving and good night life, as well as archaelogical ruins to visit the day before you fly. Night diving is a must in Cozumel. Cha-Cha-Cha is the best dive boat operator on the island.
